Agreed...don't you think the mere situation of a country of being in a position where it as no way out but to ask for aid is created by certain imperial states? From a broader view one might be able to see a cycle of economic boom and bust over a period of hundred years where every few decades the economy hits rock bottom and out of nowhere these saviors come along and take a chunk of the ownership in return for a generous aid. The alarming bit over here is that we all talk about it and we all know it’s doing us no good but still we don’t take any solid steps towards avoiding it we still love to identify foreign investments as a 'good sign' for any country where in reality FDI’s only create jobs in the country and never ever create any solid infrastructure. It’s like buying short term profits in exchange of long term benefits
I think awareness in this particlar subject is important for future economic managers and civilians as well so that they can atleast raise there voice against the decision of going to IMF.
